What our clients say

Dan Allister – Senior Marketing and Development Manager, Carbis Bay Estate

We have worked with Diana and her team at Massey Partnership since 2016. The communication is excellent and Diana takes the time and effort to really understand our ever changing business needs.

The coverage gained in National and International press is excellent and the team are flexible in dealing with all aspects of our PR requirements. We value Massey as an integral part of our ongoing marketing strategy"

Susan Stuart – Owner of Chapel House

“Working with Massey has been a delightful and rewarding experience. Chapel House opened in June 2015 after a 3 year renovation which “went to the wire” meaning that at the point of opening we had no images on the website and no “presence” in the market. From the outset, Massey had confidence in the quality of our offer and came prepared with sound strategic advice. They worked from a standing start and within weeks of our instruction were getting  us profiles with the best quality journalists from national, regional and digital media. The result was instantaneous and the impact beyond expectations. We work as a partnership and Massey is highly attuned to our business aspirations.”

Ruth Milligan - Owner of Pengelly Retreat

"We really enjoyed working with Diana and the Massey Partnership on the PR for our holiday, wedding and retreat venue, Pengelly Retreat in Cornwall.  We're an award-winning, family-run business and we wanted to generally raise our profile in the national media and improve our audience reach.  We look after our own social media but found it difficult to get into the press and other publications without having the right contacts.  Diana took the time to come and visit Pengelly so she really understood our offering and audience and she worked really hard to promote us and our brand to various parts of the media.  She was always friendly, quick to respond and very proactive.  During the time we worked with Diana we had lots of coverage in both local and national media, including pieces in The Independent, Om Yoga Magazine, Prima Magazine and Cornwall Life as well as coverage by some excellent influencers on social media.  We would happily recommend Diana to other companies who are hoping to increase their presence in the media and raise the profile of their business."

What the media say...

“It's always a complete pleasure working with The Massey Partnership. I'm often working to very short deadlines but that is never a problem for Diana who always responds immediately and provides whatever is needed - an interview, a quote, information, images - in time for the article. The Massey Partnership work with high quality and interesting clients so they always spring to mind when I'm researching a food, drink or travel feature. Diana has played a key part in a number of articles I've written for the national press in terms of planning and arranging press trips that provide the basis of the piece and they have always turned out great.. Travel PR is a highly competitive area, but they really stand out for me just simply by being bloody good at what they do."  Andy Lynes

"Diana at Massey was the first travel PR I ever worked with, and 10 years later we continue to work together regularly. Massey is different to many PR companies - friendly, efficient, genuine and always a pleasure to work with. Their knowledge of the UK travel industry, particularly Cornwall, is second to none, and it’s been a joy to share interests and ideas for the three Weekend Journals Cornwall books. I regularly recommend them to hotels and restaurants looking for representation.” Milly Kenny-Ryder

"'I have worked with Massey regularly for nearly ten years and I have found their understanding of the brands and what we are looking for to be second to none. Their press trips are always impeccably organised and result in the right material for extensive editorial coverage, making them top of my list. Diana is a delight to work with -I trust her judgement implicitly. She is one of my 'go to' people for regular catch-ups to discuss what is important and on trend in the travel, hospitality and wellness industry, both in the British Isles and abroad.' Alex Fisher
