London — March 20, 2024 — Carbis Bay Hotel is delighted to announce their new  Coastal Wellness Retreats, taking place in Cornwall on 5 - 6 October 2024, 8 - 10 November 2024 and 17 - 19 January 2025.

Set amidst the stunning backdrop of the Blue Flag beach, with the lights of St Ives on side and Godrevy Lighthouse on the other, Carbis Bay Estate brings together the very best of location and the highest level of service to create unforgettable experiences. These exclusive retreats offer a blend of wellness activities, indulgent spa treatments, and serene coastal surroundings for a break that will both refresh and recharge the soul.

The Coastal Wellness Retreats at Carbis Bay Hotel offer a carefully curated selection of activities aimed at nurturing the mind, body, and soul. Guests can enjoy a 60 minute yoga session overlooking the bay and cold-water swim session with Open Water Swimming Coach Sarah Walsh, which will teach guests about the health benefits of the sea.

Guests will also enjoy a therapeutic Bamford treatment with sound healing and deep tissue massage, as well as full use of the spa facilities and fitness studio. In addition to the wellness activities and spa treatments, guests of the Coastal Wellness Retreats will enjoy luxurious accommodations in one of Carbis Bay’s beautiful bedrooms. Each room offers views of the Cornish coastline, providing a sanctuary for rest and relaxation.
