Christmas at Sabzi

London, September 2025: Deli restaurant group Sabzi has launched its festive gifting range for 2025, including hampers, and a selection of individually wrapped edible gifts such as spice blends, seed toppers, granola and biscotti, all of which are handmade in small batches by Sabzi’s in house team of chefs and bakers.

The deli group, which brings a taste of the Middle East to Cornwall, was founded by chef owner Kate Attlee in 2019. Born and raised in Cornwall, with an Iranian father and British mother, Attlee’s Iranian heritage heavily influences the daily-changing menus at Sabzi’s four delis, and leads to humble, local ingredients being transformed into aromatic, fragrant, sun-soaked reminders of her father’s homeland.

Kate Attlee, said, “We are really excited to be able to offer an extended range of Sabzi’s handmade deli products and gifts for our customers this year, both to purchase in store and online. We are so proud of the diverse range of products we can now offer, developed and produced by our teams in our Falmouth and Nansledan kitchens.

“We have been so thrilled with the support we have seen from our lovely customers around the country, since we launched our online shop last winter, who like to bring Sabzi into their own homes, as well as gift our store cupboard ingredients to friends and family.”

Sabzi’s two festive hampers for 2025 include their signature (£60 rrp) and ultimate (£125 rrp) hampers. Individual products purchased are priced from £5.50 per jar, and include the Sabzi dahl blend, roast blend, za’atar, dukkah and spiced seed topper. Smaller gift bundles are also listed from £25.

The Sabzi signature hamper includes a classic Sabzi tote, dahl blend, za’atar, roast blend, dukkah, seed topper, and a choice between granola or biscotti, with all products either blended, or created in small batches, by hand in Sabzi’s Falmouth and Nansledan kitchen.

The Sabzi ultimate hamper includes a classic Sabzi tote, dahl blend, za’atar, roast blend, dukkah, roasted nuts, Sabzi biscotti, a bag of Duke Street coffee (Sabzi’s house blend created exclusively for them by Cornwall-based artisan roastery - Rising Ground), pistachio pesto, and a Sabzi apron.

Hamper prices include UK shipping, with purchases over £60 subject to free P+P.

Kate Attlee is the founder and owner of Sabzi. Kate was born and raised in Cornwall. With an Iranian father and British mother, she has been surrounded by international flavours and naturally brings this variety and originality to her cooking. After a number of years in London where Kate gained valuable training and experience in the hospitality industry at Michelin star level, she returned to Cornwall to marry and raise her family.

In 2015 Kate hosted a number of sell-out supper club events from her home in Truro, showcasing Iranian food to Cornish audiences in an intimate and informal setting.

2018 saw Kate apply and be accepted from over 3000 applicants, to appear on, and to reach the quarter finals of BBC1’s Master Chef. The experience confirmed for Kate her enduring passion for the food industry and enjoyment of cooking and serving her food to others with love, great flavour and flair.

After many sell-out events across the South West, in 2019, Kate opened Sabzi in Truro, followed by Sabzi in Falmouth in summer 2022, and sites in Padstow and Nansledan in summer and autumn 2023, respectively.
