London, Feb 2026: We are delighted to announce that The Samling has retained its Michelin Star for the third year running following the unveiling of the MICHELIN Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2026. The awards were revealed last night at the Convention Centre Dublin, celebrating the very best of British and Irish gastronomy in front of an audience made up of the country’s top chefs, restaurateurs and food media.
The Michelin Guide
is considered the most prestigious culinary guide in the world, with stars awarded to restaurants demonstrating exceptional quality, consistency and creativity. Retaining a star for a third consecutive year places The Samling among an exclusive group of restaurants recognised for sustained excellence.
